| Number 9 uses an inlay of "brushed " fish skin, once again inlayed between two layers of hand cut vegetable tanned 1.5 mm cowhide dyed black on top and "violin tan" underneath for contrast. The shoulder part is additionally padded with 5 mm thick black felt (expensive). Stitched with a seven cord natural colour waxed linen thread for more texture. The buckle is covered with Kangaroo leather and handstitched |
