I operate from Sydney Australia. After initially and successfully selling
my straps for the first six month exclusively through http://www.grouseguitars.com.au
where they were known as Chantal’s Grouse Straps.I am now directly
offering the public my guitar straps solely through my own web shop.

I am registered as a sole trader and I have an Australian Taxation business
number, which I can readily provide to my customers if they wish
For Australian buyers I do not charge GST as I currently trade well
below the turnover at which GST applies.
Payment options I accept
All my work is priced in Australian Dollars. For overseas buyers this
link will provide accurate and current conversion rates http://www.xe.com
For Australian
buyers I accept direct depositing into a Commonwealth Bank account.
Please email me for banking details.
For overseas buyers, I accept payments via PayPal. Customers will be
Emailed an invoice through PayPal with the option of either paying via
credit card using secured online services or their own PayPal account.
Please note a 2.5% fee charge will be levied to cover part of my incurring
PayPal fees. Money to be deposited in Australian dollars
Postage
All goods will be sent to you in within one or 2 working days after
receiving funds.
In within Australia, By Post (regular mail), unless otherwise specified
by you.
To the rest of the world.
Airmail and insured.
Shipping rates are charged at actual Australia Post fees.

I am firmly committed to protecting your privacy. This website does
not use cookies to gather information from your web browser nor use
your personal details including email address to send promotional material
you have not requested nor release it to other companies .All customer
“comments” are published only after seeking direct approval
from you.
My guarantee to you
I will endeavor to reply to your emails promptly and keep you informed
throughout the various processes.
In the rare event that a customer is not satisfied with one of the items
purchased from me. I will accept a return within 48 hours of delivery
conditional only on the item being in the same condition in which it
was delivered and I will offer a full refund, minus postal charges (including
return charges). Believe me I do everything that I can so as this never
occurs.
I strive to provide excellence and the best of services. I firmly believe
it is the only way to operate. Word of mouth has always been my biggest
ally. This can only be achieved through total disclosure and honesty
and creating the best work I can muster.
