| Ok, lets see.
The idea behind this guitar strap was to work on textures derived from
looking at various exotic hides like snake skin, various crocodile leather
and lizard skins. It is meticulously hand carved and embossed with free
form small patterns and the snake skin scales are also undercut at the
tip to give the feel of real snake skin .Then I dyed and hand painted
the all lot. It is hand laced around the edges with Kangaroo lacing, this particular method is called a "Spanish edge lace" ..The guitar strap is lined with a dark brown Deer skin suede essentially it is Chamois and it is very soft to the touch. The button holes are also reinforced with Kangaroo leather. By the way Kangaroo leather is the strongest thin leather in the world, it is used in high class Italian shoes a lot . This guitar strap took me quite while to make ( 4 days) but i think it was worth it , I like the results, I hope you do. |

| For his Telecaster 1956  Bonjour Chantal Jeudi soir je fêtais mon anniversaire et Vendredi matin je me suis levé avec un peu mal à la tête et le Blues (j’attaque la 52éme) A 10H j’ai reçu les sangles, j’ai prestement ouvert le paquet et là je suis resté en admiration (un peu comme une carpe) devant le travail que tu accomplis. (Du coup mon Blues c’est dissipé, évaporé il a fait pschit…) Elles sont vraiment toutes les deux magnifiques, du grand Art. Elles sont vibrantes, vivantes, elles ont une âme. Merci de faire des objets artistiques de ci belle facture. Objets inanimés, avez vous donc une âme qui s'attache à notre âme et la force d'aimer ?
